The hotel is located on the beachside of A1A in the heart of Cocoa Beach. From the back of the property we're just 300' to the sand across a small frontage road. Most suites in the larger 6 story building offer partial or full ocean views.

We maintain strong relationships with nearly every caterer in the area, and are often able to get the impossible accomplished when other people can't, even on short notice. Want to wow your audience with a presentation? Our state-of-the-art audio/visual communications capabilities can make it happen. Want to switch from a morning classroom session to an evening cocktail party? We can do that too. Our Ocean Ballroom can change quickly to accommodate up to 450 in a classroom setting and 500 for a reception. |
