If you are flying into Orlando and would prefer to spend the night before your cruise relaxing on the beach instead of being stuck at an airport hotel, you are going to love our Fly, Snooze & Cruise package.
Here are some of the questions our guests frequently ask.
Q. How far in advance should I book my Fly, Snooze & Cruise package?
A. To insure all transportation is properly scheduled we require a minimum of 48 hours prior to your arrival at Orlando International. If you book your package online less than 48 hours prior to your arrival we can not guarantee timely pickup at the airport.
Q. How will I insure that the transportation provider has scheduled our pickup at the correct time?
A. You will receive an email from our transportation provider, Travelynx, containing a Transportation Confirmation Pass (see example) confirming your date of arrival and pickup time. If the time/date are incorrect you can contact the hotel or the transportation company to make any necessary corrections.
Q. What about my transfers from the hotel to the Port Canaveral cruise terminals?
A. Vouchers for your port transfer will be provided you by our front desk at check-in. At that time you will also receive complimentary beverage coupons for the lounge and game tokens for any children in your party.
Q. Can you clarify what exactly is meant by "round trip" transportation means?
A. Round trip mean transportation from Orlando International airport to our hotel. On the day of departure you will be transported to your cruise terminal. Upon returning from your cruise you will be picked up at the cruise terminal and provided transportation back to Orlando International airport. If you plan on staying at the hotel after your cruise, please note that when booking your package and arrangements will be made to bring you back to the hotel from the cruise terminals. We will then provide transportation to Orlando International on the day of your departing flight.
Q. My vacation plans changed. What are your cancellation policy's?
A. Your package must be cancelled by 4 pm, 3-days (72 hours) prior to your scheduled arrival.
Q. Do I need to notify the transportation company as well as the hotel?
A. No. When you contact us to cancel, we will contact our transportation company directly for you.
Q. I have small children traveling with me. Will the transportation company have car seats?
A. Yes. All children under 4 will be provided approved car seats. Please indicate the number and age of all children to insure an adequate number of car seats are on the shuttle at the time of pickup.
Q. What if I need to change my arrival or departure times?
A. Guests must notify the hotel and/or transportation company at least 24-hours prior to their originally scheduled arrival. Failure to notify the hotel and/or transportation company my result in a $75.00 change fee.
Q. When I arrive at the airport where do I find my shuttle?
A. Your Transportation Confirmation Pass contains a local phone number direct to the transportation dispatcher. Upon arrival at baggage claim, call the dispatcher to receive instruction where to proceed to meet your shuttle.
