The hotel is located on the beachside of A1A in the heart of Cocoa Beach. From the back of the property we're just 300' to the sand across a small frontage road. Most suites in the larger 6 story building offer partial or full ocean views.

I really like the mellow atmosphere, room accomodations and above all the Superb Professional Courtesy provided at the front desk by Jeromee He is head and shoulders above his peers in this industry. I am a USN, Active Duty LT (O3E) married w/ 4 children...been serving for over 21 years so I have seen lots of folks younger, a little older and then some, ok. The staff we have been fortunate enough to deal with have been exceptional! From the desk staff to the securuty guard, we have had nothing but great service. We first stayed with you here at the Comfort Inn during a past business trip in September, we were so impressed with the quality and comfort (no pun intended) that we decided to drive an extra 70 miles out of our way to stay again in October. And rest assured, we will encourage our friends to stay here and we of course will definitely visit again when we have the opportunity. (Hopefully in November!!!) ...With our sincere compliments... We had traveled several hundred miles on the day we arrived. We were tired, and the room could not have been more perfect. The staff was very courteous, they held our room with no problem for late arrival, and gave us a free upgrade because we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary with a cruise leaving out the next day.
