The hotel is located on the beach side of A1A in the heart of Cocoa Beach. From the back of the property we're just 300' to the sand across a small frontage road. Most suites in the larger 6 story building offer partial or full ocean views.

Rocket launches are a regular occurrence at nearby Cape Canaveral. Seen from the beach, this night time launch becomes a visual memory that lasts a lifetime.
Cocoa Beach is a family destination with wide sandy beaches and gentle rolling waves. Your day on the beach begins less than 300' from the hotel.
Nearby Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge offers many opportunities to view Florida's unique wildlife. Among the many bird species that call Florida home, one of the most beautiful is the Rosette Spoonbill, a year round resident.
If you enjoy fishing, bring along your rod & reel. Brevard County is known as one of the finest inshore fishing destinations in the country, famous for it's large red fish. Ample opportunities to wade and fish are just minutes away.
Other opportunities to wet a line can be found just steps from your room. Cocoa Beach offers surf casters a variety of species including Snook, Whiting, Red fish & Pompano.
Take the kids to the Brevard Zoo which is located approximately 30 minutes from the hotel. Don't forget the camera.
Arguably the largest and most famous surf shop in the world is Ron Jon located next door to the hotel. All guests receive a 10% discount on all purchases.

Captain J's, sits right on the sand and is located just 2 blocks from the hotel. Enjoy inside dining or eat, drink and enjoy the view on the deck.
The Sunset Waterfront Grill is located a short walk from the hotel. It is known for it's seafood, great happy hour and spectacular sunsets.
Several excellent Italian restaurants are within walking distance.
The Cocoa Beach pier is just 1/4 mile away. With a variety of restaurants, bars and shops you'll find plenty to keep you and family busy all day. If you're looking for something a little more lively, there are a number of sand volleyball courts set up and waiting just for you.
It pays to get up early. Sunsets such as this one are a regular occurrence. Make plans to get up extra early one day so you can store one of these images in your memory banks.
